By accessing and using services provided by Lambency Tech, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Lambency Tech provides IT solutions, including but not limited to software development, system integration, and IT consulting. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with clients.
Lambency Tech and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the course of the service provision. Neither party will disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
Clients agree to pay the fees for services as outlined in the relevant agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
All intellectual property rights in the materials and services provided by Lambency Tech remain the property of Lambency Tech unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
Lambency Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration
Lambency Tech reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
