Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused or demonstrably deficient in delivering the agreed-upon results.


Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@lambencytech.com with your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.


Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to custom development work, consulting services already rendered, and any services explicitly stated as non-refundable in the service agreement.


Changes to the Refund Policy

Lambency Tech reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
